Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Nazaré, which is located in a charming area near Theatro da Paz and close to the basilica. The rooftop pool on the 17th floor offers stunning views of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. However, I did encounter some issues at checkout regarding an extra charge for a third person. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room could use some improvement, particularly at night when it struggled to cool down.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city's attractions and great restaurants nearby. The staff is extremely helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the room I stayed in was a bit dated and the air conditioning could have been better. For the price I paid, I expected a little more comfort and modernity.
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near Theatro da Paz and the rooftop pool with city views were highlights, I faced some issues with management regarding extra charges for a third person, which was really frustrating. Overall, the room was comfortable, but the air conditioning struggled at night. The dining options were fantastic, especially the Italian restaurant nearby, which made up for some of the earlier inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent with a stunning rooftop pool, I faced some challenges regarding my reservation and the air conditioning was not up to par. The staff were accommodating, but I felt let down by the overall service in this regard. The Italian restaurant nearby was a delightful highlight of my stay.
I had an overall decent stay at Grand Mercure Belem, but there were a few issues. On one hand, the Italian restaurant nearby is a great plus, and the rooftop pool offers a charming view of the city. However, I faced a frustrating situation with the extra charge for a third person that wasn't honored, and the air conditioning in the room struggled at night, which wasn't ideal. The hotel has potential, but my experience left something to be desired.
